Again, we cannot predict the future, but if trends are accurate, now is a great time to sell.  As we enter into new year, there is still a low inventory, with lots of buyers waiting on the sidelines.  In fact, home showings are still rising, which means that buyer activity is on the rise.  As we’ve mentioned months ago, inventory for existing homes is limited, which makes most homes that hit the MLS are hot commodities.  18 days seems to be the average for homes on the market, provided they are priced correctly.  With this being said, many homes now receive on average 3.8 offers per listing.
